Microscope 32 is a simple compound microscope from c. 1900, with a probable French origin, known as a household microscope. The maker is unknown. Identical microscopes are described in the 1897 catalogue of ‘Busiest House in America’, and in the 1915 catalogue of B.A. & Co, both from Chicago, USA.
